About the Project
For my Master of Design final project, I focused on a subject I was truly passionate about: bat conservation. Here's a short published article written about my love of bats back when I was 12! I wanted to share my knowledge about this misunderstood species and challenge people's negative perceptions about the species by utilising both visual and verbal design.

Design Concept
The main idea behind my project was to present bats and bat conservation to the public in a very "digestible" and appealing manner. Taking inspiration from popular millennial brand design aesthetics and language/tones of voice used by these brands, I developed a brand of bat conservation that I called "ftw" which stands for "for the wing" (for those unfamiliar, it's a play on the positive expression "for the win!").

Practical Outcome
The practical aspect of the project consisted of a brand identity for ftw and a set of digital branding applications which included mobile prototype and desktop prototype.

Final Output
The final output consisted of an 147 page exegesis (available upon request) a presentation, hi-fi prototypes of the website and an online campaign published on Facebook and Instagram
